About me:

How I started: After finishing my degree in Commerce, I was set for the 9-5 office life! After 5 months I found there was no time to actually enjoy life after work. Sitting in traffic all morning and after work, then having a few hours to relax before starting all over again! As fate would have it, an opportunity came up. My husband's current company gave us the push to move operations from Edmonton to Red Deer where I grew up. We decided Red Deer had a hole in the market where there are not many landscape companies and none that specialize in StoneDecks. So I decided to leave my 9-5 job and do something more meaningful and hands on! I can help people who work the 9-5 grind and come home to a beautiful, low maintenance yard and start enjoying life after work!
My Ideal Yard: My design style is a very functional and practical approach. I don't like wasted space or design features that do nothing for my yard. My ideal yard is somewhere my friends and family are as comfortable outside as they are inside, nice lights, big fire, and lots of room to entertain. Instead of wasting money going out to a restaurant patio, I would rather invest in my own patio where I can entertain better and not have to leave my own home!
Designing for you: My design approach is custom to you, I find out what you need from your yard, what are you missing? Do you entertain a lot? Have pets and need a more durable deck? Need more functionality? After I establish what you want, we start designing! I will design what you imagine in 3D and make any adjustments that you need for the perfect yard. Then we start to build! From the design stage to the finishing walkthrough we are here for you to improve your outdoor living.

How I started: I have loved landscaping since I was 5 years old, from making bouquets for my mom, to helping my parents’ gardener. While growing up I had the opportunity of working every weekend for my cousin (the President of Interflora in France) in her flower shop, but then realized that I loved being outside in the garden. I went to school for 5 years for landscape construction and education leading to a foreman position for over 10 years. Deciding to make a life move to Canada, I became a lead foreman for Greentree landscaping and StoneDecks in Edmonton. Taking step further in my life, I decided to open Monville Landscaping in Red Deer and raise my family.
My Ideal Yard: My ideal yard is very modern with minimal maintenance, to make the most of the space that I have so I can entertain with friends and family.
